After a 20 year career in the corporate sector, she returned to study and graduated with a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy in 2009. She established Peyton Principles to provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes to enable individuals to lead happier, healthier more active lives.

She helped launch the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA), the practitioner association for those who practice in accordance with naturopathic principles; and she was Chair of the NNA for seven years.
She also became owner, Principal and senior tutor of the Natural Healthcare College in 2013 (for five years) helping to nurture the next generation of naturopathic nutritional therapists for five years.

Rae-Marie – Rae-Marie’s Wellbeing Therapies
Offering support to clients including perimenopause women and their families in the wellbeing salon.
As a qualified Educator (L5 DTTLS) working in a Further Education College and with apprentices for over 14 years working in the beauty and holistic industry and having undertaken an abundance of research on the menopause and the different courses on offer, Rae-Marie decided to join MEG and train to become a Menopause Champion, and was awarded this on March 1st 2024. This naturally supplemented her Level 2 Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace, and Counselling and Helping skills which she has previously achieved.
